How do you guarantee results?

The most important thing you need to understand about personal training, whether it be in person or online, is that you will get out of it what you put into it. I can only give you the plan and expect that you commit to doing it. I cannot control whether you give it 100% effort or 10% effort. 

What I can say in full confidence is that I have coached many clients using these programs and programs like them, and I have seen amazing progress from those who truly commit themselves to the plans. 

How do I choose where to start?

First and foremost, you have to be honest with yourself about where you are. If you are just starting out, I recommend doing a one-on-one consultation with me. If you’re semi-familiar with the gym, I recommend you start with The Burner plan. It’s a great foundational program that will jumpstart fat loss and muscle building. If you’re advanced and looking for a new challenge  try The Leading Man / Lady. Finally, my personal favorite is my Gladiator Club. This is a one-on-one coaching program and open to all regardless of their level of fitness. 

What is Poland's Syndrome?

Poland’s Syndrome is a birth defect that presents in most cases with an absence or underdevelopment of the pectoral muscles in the chest. It can be limited to that (like me) or it can present other features such as an underdeveloped side of the body. Poland syndrome has been estimated to occur in 1 in 20,000 newborns.

Do you have custom meal plans too?

I do not prescribe a meal plan to my clients. Instead I work together with them to build a nutrition plan that will fit their lifestyle and caloric and dietary needs. The best results come from pairing a sound nutritional plan with an exercise plan, and I will work with you to build just that if you’re a member of my Gladiator Club.. That being said, I am not a nutritionist or dietitian so I cannot prescribe a meal plan. I can only make suggestions.

Is your program only for those with Poland Syndrome?

No. If you have Poland’s Syndrome, you should train just like everyone else with very few exceptions. It will be extremely beneficial to work with a coach who has it because I understand the hurdles associated with it. That being said, there is no specific Poland’s Syndrome protocol, so my plans are for everyone. 

Are your programs just for men?

My programs are inclusive for everyone. My goal is to meet you where you are, and help you get to where you want to go.
